Lay Construction was contracted to both reconstruct a barn and to renovate and add an addition to a historical home after the ice storm in year 2007.  Both projects required expert skill and talent.  The historical home is listed on the National Register guidelines set by the National Park Service in Washington, D.C.  Gary worked closely with the state architect to comply with all regulations.

Each project was completed according to guidelines and finished in a timely manner.

Gary, and Lay Construction employees were professional,honest, competent,

and always available for consultation.
